Transparency report

Following the introduction of the Financial Services (Auditors) Act 2009, audit firms that carry out statutory audits of public-interest entities are required to publish an annual transparency report on their website. Section 41 of the act sets out the information that the report must contain, which includes information about the firm itself, systems of quality control, as well as procedures and practices on independence.
