​We are able to offer taxation services to both individuals and corporations, on both local tax matters as well as international tax planning opportunities.

Corporations

We work closely with our clients, advising them how to optimise their local tax situation. This includes preparing local tax computations, as well as general liaison with the Income Tax Office in relation to assessments and the payment of tax.

Where necessary, we call upon the services of our colleagues across the BDO network in other jurisdictions, to provide assistance on multi-jurisdictional tax issues.

Personal

As with our corporate clients, we provide general advice in relation to tax planning, and liaise with the local tax office accordingly. We are also able to assist those individuals who want to take advantage of Gibraltar’s special tax residency rules for certain individuals (commonly known as Category Two status) by making the application to the relevant authorities.
