Gibraltar and Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Our business is no different to yours, we are first and foremost a people organisation. The health and wellbeing of our people and our clients comes first. We are monitoring the situation daily and actioning a number of policy directives to help protect against the spread of COVID-19, while at the same time maintaining our service delivery to our clients.
Our office is therefore currently closed and we shall be working from home until further notice. With a flexible work culture already in place, and the operational infrastructure to enable this, our focus is continuity of service and helping our clients to navigate through this challenging situation.
The Government of Gibraltar announced new measures last week aimed at assisting businesses mitigate against the impact of coronavirus including provisions for PAYE and social security contribution payments to be deferred.
These new measures should be generally welcomed as a signal that the Government is prepared to act to help business deal with the unique challenges they are currently facing.

March submission deadlines will have the penalties for late submission waivered. However, if the company has any tax liabilities due please note that this WILL need to be paid before the deadline to avoid surcharges arising.
